Sound familiar?
- “Clients send half the documents, then go quiet for two weeks.”
- “My assistant spends hours a week sending reminder emails.”
- “New clients are nervous about scams. They want to know what's happening with their file.”
What fixes it: Document Chaser
Each client gets a no-login link with their own checklist. Reminders name exactly what's missing. Clients get clear status updates from your office, in your name.
Document Chaser is being built now with founding clients. I'm not claiming any results, and nothing here promises faster approvals or any outcome on a file.
You approve anything important. Routine messages go out in your name. Anything unusual comes to you first.

Built to respect how you practise
Trust comes first in this work, so the rules are plain. Every message goes out in the consultant's name, and you approve anything important before it is sent. The system never gives immigration advice, and any question a client asks goes straight to you. It is built to fit your obligations under the CICC Code of Conduct.
It collects the minimum. Checklist items are names of documents and whether they've arrived. We don't ask for passport numbers or other ID numbers in messages, and we'll agree with you exactly what is stored before anything is set up.
Talk it through in 15 minutes
No pitch deck. Just your numbers. I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
