Built and ready to set up

Answer every inquiry in minutes, not tomorrow.

New inquiries get a clear, friendly reply with packages and prices, and a real tour time they can book. Quiet leads get a polite nudge. You approve anything important.

Local to Edmonton. Month to month, no long contract.

The problem

A couple sends inquiries to five venues on a Sunday night. The first venue to reply with a price and an open date usually gets the tour. The others get ghosted.

You're busy running events, so replies wait until morning, or Monday. By then they've booked a tour somewhere else.

What it does

From the first message to a booked tour, in your name and your tone.

  1. An inquiry comes in

From your website form or by email. It reads the details: date, guest count, type of event and what they're asking.

  2. It replies in minutes

A clear answer with the right package, starting price and next step, day or night. By email or text.

  3. It keeps the conversation going

Couples ask follow-up questions. It answers back and forth by email and text, using only the information you gave it.

  4. It offers real tour times

It looks at your calendar, offers times that are actually open, books the one they pick, and sends a calendar invite and reminders.

  5. It nudges quiet leads

If they go quiet, a polite follow-up goes out at 2 days and again at 5 days.

  6. Anything unusual comes to you

A big corporate event, a complaint, a discount request, or anything outside what you've told it comes to you instead of getting an automatic answer.

  7. A results email every Monday

The owner gets a short email with how many inquiries came in, how fast they were answered and how many tours were booked.

What you approve

You approve anything important. Nothing goes out in your name until you've signed off on the wording.

  • Every reply template, before launch.
  • Prices, packages and policies. It only uses what you give it.
  • Which tour times are open on your calendar.
  • Anything unusual comes to you instead of getting an automatic answer.

What you get each week

A short results email lands on Monday morning. It covers:

  • Inquiries received and how fast each one got a reply
  • Tours booked

Questions people ask

Will couples know it's automated?

Replies sound like your team, using templates you approve. If someone asks a question outside the script, it comes to you.

I already use Tripleseat or Perfect Venue.

Great. We can work alongside it, or you may not need us. We'll check on the audit.

Does it work for caterers too?

Yes. Instead of hall dates, it works from your event calendar.

Talk it through in 15 minutes

No pitch deck. Just your numbers. I'll tell you honestly if I can help.

Best for banquet halls and caterers.
